TERMS & CONDITIONS: Because of the deeply dark and disturbing nature of our tours and special events, participants under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on any of our tours. No exceptions. We reserve the right to deny tour entry to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated or is otherwise disruptive. No refunds will be given in this situation. Tours leave promptly at the times listed. To adhere to our schedules and for the courtesy of our guests, tours cannot be delayed for those arriving late.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for this event. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled event will be charged in full without credit being issued. No Shows on event dates will be charged 100% with no credit being issued. All cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded the full purchase amount minus a 10% cancellation fee. Reschedules are at the discretion of Cincinnati Ghost Seekers
